Big Bear Choppers' turn-key motorcycles built for our customers and our unassembled motorcycles are NOT Special Construction motorcycles. BBC's motorcycles are Manufactured Vehicles and are fully compliant to this 2006 EPA law. You can own as many Big Bear Choppers motorcycles as you want in any time you want and ride anywhere you want.

Further more, all Big Bear Choppers' unassembled motorcycles, as well as the bikes we build for customers, are all fully DOT, EPA, CARB and NHSTA legit. The pipes, lights, brakes, motors, etc., in our bikes are all appropriately approved by government agencies and of course California Emissions equipped. BBC is in accord with the National Highway Safety Traffic Administration (NHSTA) and the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) with stamping all frames with a VIN as long as the unassembled motorcycle is complete with all approved components.
